Peter is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CRE Equity, bringing more than 30 years of experience in financial structuring, capital formation, and transaction execution across commercial real estate. He has structured and closed financing for real estate transactions exceeding $5 billion across residential, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and development assets in Europe, Asia, and the United States.
Peter holds an MSc in Finance and is a qualified accountant and chartered tax and financial advisor. His background spans deal origination, investor relations, and both debt and equity placement across multiple market cycles. His relationships with lenders, sponsors, and institutional capital sources, combined with experience in financial architecture and transaction execution, allow him to navigate complex deal dynamics and pursue strong risk-adjusted outcomes.

Steven Spillane is Co-Founder and President of CRE Equity and Founder of CloverLeaf Commercial Lending, bringing more than 27 years of experience structuring debt and equity capital for commercial real estate and privately held businesses. He has facilitated more than $2 billion in commercial mortgages, construction financing, bridge loans, preferred equity, and private capital transactions, helping developers, investors, and business owners secure customized financing solutions nationwide.
Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bridgewater State University and built his career through executive accounting, Controller, and CFO leadership roles before transitioning full-time into capital markets. His background in financial management, operations, and capital structuring provides clients with a perspective that connects sophisticated financing strategies with real-world business and real estate execution.
